Oh boy – do they ever look good! I like the idea of baking them in muffin tins. Thanks for the deeeeelish idea 🙂
The muffin tins are great, but you have to keep a close eye because they bake faster. The recipe said to bake them at 400F for 12-15 min. I did mine for 14, and they got quite dark. I wouldn’t do them as long next time.
